近五年，学院教师在国内外学术刊物上发表科研论文近百篇，其中SCI、EI收录论文24篇，中文核心论文70余篇。我院教师以通讯作者身份在国际权威期刊《Frontiers in Microbiology》上发表了题为“Analysis of Sour Porridge Microbiota and Improvement of Cooking Quality via Pure Culture Fermentation using Lactobacillus strain SZ02”的研究型论文，影响因子5.64。我院教师以第一作者身份在国际权威期刊《Food Chemistry》上发表了题为“Age-dependent characterization of volatile organic compounds and age discrimination in Chinese rice wine using an untargeted GC/MS-based metabolomic approach”的研究型论文，影响因子7.514。
